MB Tractor and Equipment feels that selling you something may make you a customer that day, but providing you great service makes you a customer forever. A service experience can sometimes be very good or sometimes feel very bad. We have worked hard to ensure transactions with the MB Tractor service representatives are all good ones. Our goals are as follows:
Find the most economical and convenient way to get your equipment to our facility for service.
Upon arrival to our facility, take your equipment in and assess the problem.
Notify our customer of the problem and what it will cost and how long it will take to repair it.
Provide you with options. In the past our industry has looked upon servicing equipment with only two options, repairing the equipment so it is 100% like new or not repairing it at all. Because of the changes in our economy and the changes in our jobs, we now believe there are more options. We have instructed our staff to “put themselves in the customer’s shoes” and ask themselves “is there a less expensive way to fix this equipment without breaking the bank?” In some cases there are no repair options, however, we will provide you with quotes to repair the equipment like new, or provide you with a safe economical alternative. In doing this we feel that we will earn our customer’s faith and trust so they make these sometimes large financial decisions with confidence.
Repair and return. Once you have made a decision about your repair, we will order parts if needed, repair your equipment and return it expeditiously.
