I called the Rumney store on Saturday as my Fisher MM plow had just stopped working. I didn't get the guys name who answered the phone, but he was extremely helpful. I told him what the symptoms were and he informed me what he thought the issue was (water in the oil that was frozen starving the pump). I was a bit worried with a ton of snow already in the driveway and a ton more on the way. His diagnosis was right on and I was back up and running in an hour. Thanks for the help.
This is an email, which should have been sent a long time ago, but it's better late than never. I have owned a BX 22 for 6 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with it. Dave Jenkins, who to this day remembers my name and says hi whenever I come in has always been great. From the sales process to any questions or other support, Dave has been wonderful. It seems that when I go into parts, more often than not, I'm helped by Andy Smith. Andy is always, pleasant, professional and most helpful. He'll always look for options if a part has to be ordered or he'll see if there is a way to speed up delivery. Andy knows the product line very well, and when I deal with him, I know I'll get the best possible service. Hi, I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your employee Chris Thomas going above and beyond his job to help us. Our snow blower broke a shear pin with a half a foot of wet heavy snow to move. I called Chris and he offered to bring me a shear pin on his lunch break and install it while my husband was at work. What a great employee you have! We will definitely keep coming back to MB.
