Just wanted to say that I was shopping for a tractor and was very close to purchasing a John Deere until I visited your Plaistow Store and talked to Jeff Spencer. I was very impressed with Jeff's knowledge and professionalism during my visit. Jeff spent as much time with me as needed to make sure all my questions were answered, and I especially liked the Tractor package sheet that listed all of the options and pricing with no surprises. Within 2 days I purchased a BX2360 with mower deck and bagger and other options. I love it, and have already recommended MB and Jeff to friends and Relatives. I recently purchased a Kubota 2620 from Zach at your Plaistow store. I love the tractor, and the service from Zach was outstanding! He is a huge asset to your company. He practices, with enthusiasm, the lost "art" of customer service. I am a homeowner, so it's a one time transaction, but Zach made me feel no less significant than if I was a large commercial account. I was so pleased I have referred two of my neighbors to MB in Plaistow. Both of whom bought equipment. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement and Zach understands that.
