This is an email, which should have been sent a long time ago, but it's better late than never. I have owned a BX 22 for 6 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with it. Dave Jenkins, who to this day remembers my name and says hi whenever I come in has always been great. From the sales process to any questions or other support, Dave has been wonderful. It seems that when I go into parts, more often than not, I'm helped by Andy Smith. Andy is always, pleasant, professional and most helpful. He'll always look for options if a part has to be ordered or he'll see if there is a way to speed up delivery. Andy knows the product line very well, and when I deal with him, I know I'll get the best possible service. In this rush,rush world, it's great to do business with a company such as MB and in particular guys like Dave and Andy. My compliments and best wishes for Happy Holidays!

He practices, with enthusiasm, the lost "art" of customer service. Just wanted to say that I was shopping for a tractor and was very close to purchasing a John Deere until I visited your Plaistow Store and talked to Jeff Spencer. I was very impressed with Jeff's knowledge and professionalism during my visit. Jeff spent as much time with me as needed to make sure all my questions were answered, and I especially liked the Tractor package sheet that listed all of the options and pricing with no surprises. Within 2 days I purchased a BX2360 with mower deck and bagger and other options. I love it, and have already recommended MB and Jeff to friends and Relatives. If you ever get Kubota baseball caps, please keep me in mind, that's the only thing missing when I took delivery of my new Kubota. Thanks very much.


A friend of mine recently bought the L3400 from your store last summer. I actually just got off of it a few hours ago. Looking to get one myself, but definitely want the excavator attachment also. He had a fantastic experience buying with you. I trust his opinion.

HI, I purchased Toro 826LE from you on Monday 12-22. I am just writing to let you know how helpful everyone was. I called at 10:15 a.m. and the phone was picked up quickly. The salesman took my information and I was told that I could pick it up anytime at my convenience. I arrived around 3:45 entered your showroom, and the receptionist paged a salesman. He was there within 1-2 minutes and told me he would be right with me. He was, even though I believe was a different salesman than I had talked to on the phone. He got the paperwork, answered all my questions and sent me out back. He told me to ask for Ken. I did and told the guy what I was there for. He got my machine and had the forklift operator load it for me. I was in and out in about 20 minutes (less time than I spent on hold at another dealer). In closing, I just want to thank you for your prompt service. Please show this e-mail to a manager.

Hi Jeff, Just wanted to drop you a note about my ZD326. As you know I formally cut my yard with a walk-behind. That's over 4.5 hours just inside my fenced in area. Now with the ZD326, right around 2.5. That is not only a time saver, but a lot easier on my old body. I think what amazes me most, is the ease at which the ZD236 operates. The power, ability to turn on a dime and the speed are all just remarkable. I'd say I would get another when this one gets old and tired - but I don't think it ever will.
