He practices, with enthusiasm, the lost "art" of customer service. I am a homeowner, so it's a one time transaction, but Zach made me feel no less significant than if I was a large commercial account. I was so pleased I have referred two of my neighbors to MB in Plaistow. Both of whom bought equipment. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement and Zach understands that.

Hi Jeff, Just wanted to drop you a note about my ZD326. As you know I formally cut my yard with a walk-behind. That's over 4.5 hours just inside my fenced in area. Now with the ZD326, right around 2.5. That is not only a time saver, but a lot easier on my old body. I think what amazes me most, is the ease at which the ZD236 operates. The power, ability to turn on a dime and the speed are all just remarkable. I'd say I would get another when this one gets old and tired - but I don't think it ever will.
