Just wanted to say that I was shopping for a tractor and was very close to purchasing a John Deere until I visited your Plaistow Store and talked to Jeff Spencer. I was very impressed with Jeff's knowledge and professionalism during my visit. Jeff spent as much time with me as needed to make sure all my questions were answered, and I especially liked the Tractor package sheet that listed all of the options and pricing with no surprises. Within 2 days I purchased a BX2360 with mower deck and bagger and other options. I love it, and have already recommended MB and Jeff to friends and Relatives. Hi, I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your employee Chris Thomas going above and beyond his job to help us. Our snow blower broke a shear pin with a half a foot of wet heavy snow to move. I called Chris and he offered to bring me a shear pin on his lunch break and install it while my husband was at work. What a great employee you have! We will definitely keep coming back to MB.
