Hi, I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your employee Chris Thomas going above and beyond his job to help us. Our snow blower broke a shear pin with a half a foot of wet heavy snow to move. I called Chris and he offered to bring me a shear pin on his lunch break and install it while my husband was at work.
